Rob Coates is the Founder and CEO of M7 Elite Baseball™, a groundbreaking player development organization that blends elite-level training with mindset development, leadership education, and personal brand strategy. With over 20 years of experience in coaching, mentorship, and performance development, Rob brings a unique blend of sports, education, and executive insight to the world of competitive baseball.

He holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership (MSML) from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from Middle Tennessee State University, where he concentrated in the recording industry and business.

Rob also served as an adjunct professor at Belmont University, teaching in the Audio Engineering Technology department, where he designed curriculum and coached students toward professional excellence. His passion for structured, purpose-driven growth has shaped the proprietary M7 Method™, which empowers young athletes to lead on and off the field with identity, discipline, and integrity.
