1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, registering for any M7 Elite tryout, event, or program, or interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register for any M7 Elite services.

2. Program Participation & Eligibility

Participation in any M7 Elite tryout, event, or team program is subject to approval by M7 Elite staff. Athletes and families must agree to abide by team expectations, conduct standards, and any rules or policies communicated by M7 Elite coaches or administrators.

3. Registration & Payment

If applicable, registration fees must be paid in full by the posted deadline unless a payment plan has been arranged. Fees may include tryout fees, team dues, uniform costs, or training-related expenses. Registration is not complete until all required forms and payments are submitted.

4. Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Exceptions may be considered for injury or relocation, at the discretion of M7 Elite staff. Refunds will not be issued due to voluntary withdrawal, missed practices, or scheduling conflicts.

5. Waiver of Liability

By participating in any M7 Elite activity, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with baseball training and competition. You agree not to hold M7 Elite, its coaches, volunteers, or affiliates liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur. All participants (or their parent/guardian) must complete a signed waiver before taking the field.

6. Media Release

Unless otherwise indicated in writing, you grant M7 Elite permission to use photos, video, or audio of participants for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, copy, and media — is the property of M7 Elite and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

8. Code of Conduct

M7 Elite reserves the right to remove any player or family from a team, program, or event for behavior that violates our team values, disrupts team culture, or disrespects staff, opponents, or officials. No refunds will be provided in cases of disciplinary removal.

9. Privacy & Data

By submitting your information through our site, you consent to our data collection and use practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and do not sell or share it with third parties.

10. Modifications

M7 Elite reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
