Code of Conduct
M7 Elite Code of Conduct
One Standard. One Identity. One Team.
At M7 Elite, we don’t just play baseball — we train leaders. The following Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all players, parents, and coaches involved in our program. These principles reflect who we are, what we believe, and the kind of legacy we’re building — together.
PLAYER CONDUCT
1. Lead by Example
Show up early. Stay engaged. Hustle always. Your actions define your leadership.
2. Be Coachable
Receive instruction with humility. Apply feedback with effort. Growth requires both.
3. Represent with Respect
Treat teammates, coaches, opponents, officials, and facilities with professionalism and courtesy — on and off the field.
4. No Excuses, No Entitlement
We focus on effort, preparation, and accountability — not complaints, finger-pointing, or comparisons.
5. Protect the Team
Drama, negativity, and selfishness have no place here. We build each other up and hold each other to the M7 Standard.
PARENT CONDUCT
1. Be Supportive, Not Overbearing
Let the coaches coach. Encourage your athlete, respect the process, and avoid sideline coaching.
2. Respect All Officials & Opponents
We do not tolerate arguing with umpires, confrontations, or disrespectful behavior at any event.
3. Communication is Welcome — When Done the Right Way
Questions or concerns should be addressed respectfully and at appropriate times. We follow a 24-hour rule for non-emergency matters.
4. Trust the Process
Team placement, playing time, and developmental plans are made with long-term athlete growth in mind.
COACH CONDUCT
1. Model the Standard
Live the values you expect from your players — with consistency, composure, and clarity.
2. Teach with Purpose
We don’t just train skills — we develop people. Every rep, word, and correction matters.
3. Lead with Integrity
Decisions are made based on effort, accountability, and character — not politics or favoritism.
Violations of this Code
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including reduced playing time, removal from an event, or dismissal from the program. No refunds will be issued in the event of dismissal due to conduct violations.
The M7 Method™ is more than a system — it's a mindset. We train like pros. We think like leaders. We represent like champions.
